Leland's 2nd Birthday Party!

This year, we decided to do a "Hotdog" themed Birthday party. Not just the hotdogs you eat, but "Hotdog", as in Mickey Mouse. Leland is obsessed with Mickey, but he calls him, "Hotdog"! We invited all of our close friends and family to the lake for his 2nd Birthday celebration. With almost 30 ppl total, we had an awesome time!!

Aunt Gina helped make a poster that showed a picture of Leland at 6 days old, 1 years old, and his 2 year picture. I can't believe how much he has changed!!

Paw cooked tons of hotdogs and Grandma helped by making yummy homemade vanilla and peach ice cream!





All of Leland's goodies. He racked up! He has been playing with each and every one of them since we got home!







I opted to not purchase a cake this year, so I made homemade cup cakes with homemade butter cream icing for less than $15!!



They are Mickey cupcakes complete with buttons and a Mickey head!

Jason and I were married on March 1, 2008. We are each others best friend and wouldn't trade our lives for anything! Jason was born and raised in Newnan, GA and I was born and raised in Birmingham, AL where we now live. We have an awesome family that is always there for us. We had a beautiful baby boy, Leland Matthew, on July 22, 2009. He is now growing like a weed and so much fun! We have a very hectic life, but we love it! We take everything that God gives us and deal with it the best we can. We know he has a plan for our family and can't wait to see what the future brings!!
