A Busy Week!

We have been really busy this past week. I had several sewing project to finish before our trip to Nashville, including 2 corduroy Johnny jumpers for Leland and 2 garters for the bride. We took our first weekend trip with Leland over the weekend to Danni and Nick's wedding. I was a bridesmaid and it was a beautiful ceremony and reception!

Leland got to wear his John Deere bubble last week on probably the last warm day we will have this year!

I also made 2 Johnny jumpers for Leland to wear to the rehearsal and the wedding....

Leland was such a good car rider. He slept the whole way to and from Nashville. We left very early Friday morning so that we could have time to go to the Opry Hotel and Downtown Nashville. The Opry Hotel was very neat, but we forgot to take pictures except this one of Leland...

After the Opry Hotel, we went Downtown to have lunch at the Wild Horse Saloon...

The hotel had an indoor pool, so we took Leland for his first swim. He LOVED it!

Here are some pictures from the wedding. The ceremony was inside, but the reception was outside and it was COLD!! We still had a great time though. I had to bundle Leland up like a burrito with several blankets in his stroller and he slept through 3/4 of the reception!

Jason was a good baby sitter during the ceremony!

After the wedding we went back to the hotel to get in our PJ's and headed down to the lobby to sit in front of the fire for a few drinks!

Last, but certainly not least, our good friend Treacy stayed in the room with us over the weekend. She surprised me with the sweetest present ever....
