We had a very low key weekend. Jason had to work, so Leland and I stayed at home. We watched a few movies, took a mid afternoon nap, and I got a lot of work done.
Saturday night, we went with GiGi to eat at the Macaroni Grill. Leland has never been there, but he was very entertained with the crayons, bread, big booth they sat us in, and the Opera singer. The lady Opera singer was singing Happy Birthday to someone a few tables over from us and Leland proceeded to try to sing Opera with her! The tables around us and us thought it was hilarious, but thankfully the real singer didn't notice!
Leland has really started getting into singing here the past few weeks. He walks around the house singing little tunes and sings in the car. You can't understand a word he says, but you can hear a melody!
He also has a new favorite snack...raisins. He LOVES them. He will eat them by the handful and he is calling them cookies, which is fine with me! We are trying to get him off of the sweet kick he is on. This child loves sugar, but we are trying to monitor his eating habits to make sure he is eating the right things and not all junk!
Leland is fully potty trained and has been for several weeks now. He wears underwear all day, including at night and we have had 0 accidents! At first, he did not want to go in public and would hold it until we got home, but I take the portable potty seat with us (folds up and goes in his bag) and he has been going no problem. Yay Leland! I will say the one downfall of him being potty trained is the amount of times I have to dress and undress him! He wants his pants, socks, and shoes completely off before he sits on the potty, hence, when we are at home, he usually wears underwear and a t-shirt!

Cotton field pictures...
We went to the Old Baker Farm Sunday to have some fun at the pumpkin patch. This is the 3rd year we have been, and we always have a great time!
Fun at Old Baker Farm!
We decided to go to the pumpkin patch before the festival weekend this year. There were a lot more pumpkins and it wasn't crowded at all! Leland loved every minute of it. He didn't ride in his stroller at all until we got off the wagon from picking pumpkins. The only reason he rode then was to drink juice. He was amazed by the corn maze and walked forever in it. He also loved the pedal cars and walking in the pumpkin patch. In general, he was a happy little camper to be able to roam anywhere he wanted!
We picked out some white pumpkins as well as orange pumpkins this year!
He loved the pedal tractors. I think I know what Santa may be bringing for Christmas!
