We got up and decided to go to the Zoo this morning. It felt great outside! I am beyond excited that it is finally Fall and hope that the weather cools off even more soon!
We got to meet all the new baby lion cubs!
Lleland was determined he was going to ride on this tractor! We made him keep walking when we passed it the first time, but all we heard was, "Tracta" all the way around all the Alabama exhibits, so we walked back to the tractor.

Sweet Sleeping Baby!
Leland has been sleeping until 8 or 8:30 in the mornings. I usually get up before him and start the coffee. I peeked in on him and found him all snuggled up to his favorite monkey. This monkey sleeps with him every night and several months ago I had to put a pair of pjs on him that Leland picked out of his drawer!
As you can see, Leland still has his favorite blanket, B's,. We can't go anywhere without it!
In the past few days, his vocabulary has picked up so much. He is starting to form more and more simple sentences. He now says love you, cickle (bicycle), mote (remote), and Poddies (potty). For a while now, you ask him where something is and he says, "I do no" as he holds his hands up and shrugs shoulders. He will also respond with, "Right theres"!
You will have to hit "OLDER POST" at the bottom to see all of the post I have updated tonight.

Oktoberfest!
Saturday night, after the wedding, we went to Oktoberfest in Huntsville. We had SO much fun! Oktoberfest is a huge carnival, but in the center they have a huge tent with a German band, several German beers, and German food. It was so good to spend the night with a group of our best friends from College! Jason and I rarely leave Leland to go out by ourselves, so this was a much needed weekend even though we missed him and were on the go the whole time!
Weekend at GiGi and Paps!
Leland stayed with GiGi and Pap all weekend while we were in Huntsville. He had a big time! They rode bicycles, cut grass, went to Trade Days, picked apples, ran through the garden, and ate good food! Leland also did very well going to the potty and had no accidents! He hasn't had any accidents in a week and a half! He still wears a diaper at night, but usually wakes up dry.
Dutches was crawling around on her belly scratching!
Walking the dog
Both of them were full blast running and Leland was dying laughing!
